How to redeem my FREE ADMISSION
Redeeming in person at the Box Office:
When you earn admission rewards simply present your member number QR code(available in your loyalty profile page) or your loyalty card to the staff at our Box Office. Our staff will inform you of available credits and ask if you would like to use them at that time.
Redeeming online:
Select your tickets as you normally would for your show. At check out, when logged into your loyalty account, you will see a bubble above "Apply Voucher" informing you that "You have vouchers available!", click on "Apply Voucher" and select the voucher(s) you wish to use and click submit.
How to redeem my Concession Rewards
Simply show your member number QR code(available in your loyalty profile page) or present your loyalty card at the concession stand. Any available rewards on your account will be listed at our point of sale and our staff will ask if you would like to redeem your available rewards. It is just that easy!
I forgot to present my Card/QR!
Unfortunately we are unable to add points to your account after the transaction. Please remember to present your card/QR code every transaction.
How to use my Loyalty Card
If you signed up on our website and do not have a physical loyalty card:
Click on 'Loyalty' > Sign in > Click 'My Member Number' > Present your QR code to the staff member at each register.
If you have a physical card:
Simply present your card to the staff member at each register!
Can I upgrade/exchange an earned reward?
At this time, our rewards are a predetermined item at each reward tier. They are unable to be exchanged, upgraded or substituted.

Theater Policies
No refunds will be provided after the performance time and date specified on the tickets.
If you are unable to attend your showtime, you can swap the tickets for a different show time at the box office, or refund the tickets online.
In person ticket swaps and online refunds can only be done up to 30 minutes before the original showtime.
Outside food and drink is not permitted at PJ Cinemas. You will be asked to discard it before entering the auditorium.
Shows starting after 6pm you must be 17+ with valid ID to enter regardless of film rating. Under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian staying to watch the film with them. No exceptions.
At PJ Cinemas we take the Motion Pictures Association's rating system seriously and strongly encourage parents and guardians to familiarize themselves with this system when selecting their film.
- Moviegoers MUST be at least 17 years of age or older to purchase tickets to a Rated R film. Any guest that appears to be under age will be required to show ID for admittance into the theater.
- PJ Cinemas requires that a parent or adult guardian (age 21 or older) purchase tickets and accompany any guest that is under 17 years of age into the auditorium of a Rated R film and must accompany them throughout the movie. Additionally, children under 6 will not be admitted to a Rated R film after 6:00PM.
